Rebates & Incentives
Free money isn’t free.
It’s paperwork.
Billions in home-efficiency incentives are budgeted every year, and a huge share expires unclaimed — not because homeowners don’t qualify, but because the process is a maze of utilities, deadlines, and forms. So we made the paperwork our job, permanently.

Your plan sweeps every live program for your exact address — state, utility, and income-qualified tiers included.
Calculated
Each program is priced on your actual project — what it’s worth, and how it changes the price or the monthly.
Filed & tracked
We submit everything and chase it to payout. Deadlines, follow-ups, resubmissions — ours.
Money On The Table
Pick your market. See what’s waiting.
Straight answer before you click: our established filing operation runs in New York and Massachusetts, where we file utility and state programs every week. In our other markets we scan what your address actually qualifies for and tell you honestly what’s there — which is sometimes very little, and we’d rather say so than sell you a number.
New York pays homeowners to electrify — and we file every form.
Full New York pageNew York State Clean Heat
The statewide rebate program for cold-climate heat pumps, delivered through your utility. It is the backbone of most New York plans — we confirm your utility's current terms and file the paperwork before installation, not after.
NYSERDA programs
State programs supporting insulation, air sealing and whole-home electrification, including enhanced offers for income-qualified households. We check every one your address qualifies for.
Con Edison
Serving New York City and Westchester. Con Edison delivers Clean Heat rebates in its territory and runs its own efficiency offers alongside them — your plan lists exactly which ones you qualify for.
National Grid
Serving much of upstate New York. National Grid delivers its own Clean Heat rebates and efficiency incentives, on its own terms and timelines, which we file directly.
Amounts verified per-address at plan time — programs change quarter to quarter, and we’d rather be accurate than loud.

Straight Answers
Rebate questions.
Who actually files the paperwork?
We do — finding the programs, confirming you qualify, filing the forms, and tracking them until they pay out. Incentives only help if someone chases them, and that someone is never you.
How much money are we talking about?
It varies enormously by state, utility, and income level — from around a thousand dollars to programs that cover a large share of a whole-home project. Your plan verifies current program terms for your exact address before you decide anything.
Do rebates work with the Comfort Plan?
Yes — incentives are factored into the program pricing, which is part of why the monthly payment can start so low. On a purchase, they come off the price directly.
Why don't you publish exact dollar amounts?
Because programs are funded in cycles and terms shift quarter to quarter. Any site quoting exact rebate dollars is stale within months. We verify live terms for your address instead — accuracy over volume.
What happens if a program requires applying before installation?
Several do — and that's exactly why the plan checks incentives before anything is scheduled. Nothing gets installed in an order that burns money you were entitled to.
