Straight Answers

Money questions.

What does the Comfort Plan actually cover?

Everything with a wire or a coil: the equipment, the installation, and twelve years of keeping it running — parts and labor both, inside one monthly payment with nothing due at install. Before you sign, the full terms are on paper in your plan.

Where does the 'as low as $150/mo' number come from?

It's the floor for qualifying homes and systems, not a teaser. Your home's actual number depends on which systems your plan calls for, your market, and credit approval — and it's printed in your plan before you commit to anything.

Why would I pick the Comfort Plan over a 0% program?

Sometimes you shouldn't — and your plan will say so. The public programs are excellent where they exist, but they're loans for equipment; the repairs stay yours. The Comfort Plan is the only path where a year-six breakdown costs you nothing. We price both side by side and let the math argue.

I'm selling the house in a few years — what then?

There's a written process for exactly that, and your specialist walks you through it before anything is signed. No surprises buried in page nine.

Do incentives shrink the monthly payment?

They shrink it before you ever see it — every program your address qualifies for is applied to the pricing first. Finding and filing them is our job either way.
