Is it really $0 out of pocket?
For most homes, yes — between financing options and the incentives we file for you, the plan can start with nothing paid up front. Your written plan shows the exact structure for your home before you commit to anything.
Do I have to do everything in the plan at once?
No. The plan is a sequence, not a bundle — each step stands on its own. Plenty of customers start with the attic or the heating and cooling and do the rest when it makes sense. The order is designed so every step makes the next one cheaper.
What equipment do you install?
High-efficiency heating and cooling — heat pumps (ducted and ductless), high-SEER cooling, and modern furnaces where they earn their place — plus professional-grade insulation, solar, and smart-home equipment. Gree is our primary heat-pump manufacturer, one of the largest in the world. Your plan names the exact equipment before you commit.
Who handles the rebate paperwork?
We do, start to finish. Finding the programs, confirming you qualify, filing the forms, and tracking them until they pay out. Incentives only help if someone actually chases them — that someone is us, never you.
How fast can this happen?
The plan takes days — about two minutes from you to start, then our AI models the house and a specialist walks you through it. Installs are scheduled in stages after that, most measured in days per step, not weeks.
Which states do you actually work in?
New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, the DMV (DC, Maryland and Virginia), Illinois, Texas, Florida and California. If you're outside those, send your address anyway — we're expanding, and if we genuinely can't serve you well yet, we'll say exactly that instead of stretching.
